FTP File Upload

Submitting Artwork

If you are preparing your own files for output, please use our digital file guidelines. All files can be uploaded to our FTP site. For any transfers over 150 Mb, we ask that you please check with the art department before uploading to see if the FTP can handle a file that size at that specific time.

If you email files, they should be under 10 MB in size. For files over 10 mb, please use the FTP file upload button below. Please submit a full color proof of your file. A JPEG or pdf file is also acceptable.

Digital File Guidelines

Vector art is preferable for most forms of output, such as vinyl lettering and art. All vector files should be saved in standard .eps or Adobe Illustrator and should be fully editable for scaling, rotating, etc.

Continuous tone images (such as photos) must have a resolution (pixels per inch) of at least 75–150 dpi at actual output size.

Artwork does not have to be full size, but should be proportional to final output dimensions.

All fonts should be converted into outlines.

Color Management

Please use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) whenever possible in order to achieve the best color matching with your file. Understand that color is device dependent and the same PMS color will look different depending on the machine and substrate. Talk with your sales representative and ask to see a PMS color chart printed on the substrate and machine that you wish to have your file printed to guarantee better color matching.

*Please note that our machines use four color process and some Pantone colors are impossible to match, issues of that nature will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Rich black should be used for large black printed areas using this formula:
C-100%, M-100%, Y-100%, K-100%.

Color images saved as TIFFs and colored vector images may vary in appearance.

We will email you a proof before final output.
